Post short native videos, <20 seconds containing helpful insights people can use. Include a short text description of the video. Do this on a regular basis to allow people to get used to having you appear in their feed. As people post comments, engage with them and ask them a question to keep the conversation going. Key is keeping your video messages congruent with who you are. Remember your reputation arrives before you do.
