My business is a lot of singles and doubles. Every now and then we get lucky and see a triple or a home run, but for the most part, we are a volume business. When you think about volume, you have to take big action each day to get there. As a result, our agency has tripled in revenue by executing on cold calls. Most have gone away from that, but we have found it to be critical to our success as we can get so many touches in a week’s time to prospective customers. We love what we do and are proud of our national awards our agency has earned!
