Companies and leaders need to understand the health of their business and their teams. Just like a human body, a business needs all of its parts to work together. When marketing is weak, sales have to compensate. When your revenue is not “healthy revenue” your cashflow may grow but your bottom line will continue to deteriorate. Likewise, when your mission isn’t clear, it’s as though you’re operating with a confused mind.
